We respectfully propose that the surrounding ~30,000 m² be designated by the municipality as a flagship tourism zone — open to future investment by other hospitality, cultural, and wellness-focused ventures. This shared, walkable area would invite local and diaspora-led businesses to co-create a dynamic district of boutique lodges, artisan markets, and cultural spaces.
